PORTAL BRANDING AND UI SETTINGS

SLASCONE allows you to customize the appearance of the customer portal and reseller portal. In addition to branding elements such as colors, titles, and favicon, you can also control selected portal settings and links.

These settings are configured in the administration area of the vendor portal.

The customer portal can be adapted to reflect your corporate identity.

You can also optionally disable the following functionality:

• showing the license content
• downloading license files

RESELLER PORTAL

The reseller portal can also be adapted to reflect your corporate identity.

Settings

In addition to branding, you can define default portal behavior for resellers.

Default Role

• License and Customer Management: Resellers can create and modify both licenses and customers.
• License Management: Resellers can create and modify licenses, but they cannot create or modify customers.
• Viewer: Resellers can view data, but they cannot create or modify licenses or customers.

All three roles allow reseller users to invite and manage their colleagues and, depending on the configuration, adjust the email settings.

Email Configuration Mode

• Configure or Inherit: The reseller can either use the email configuration from the vendor portal or define its own email configuration.
• Configure (Reseller settings): The reseller must define its own email configuration.
• Inherit (Vendor settings): The reseller must use the email configuration from the vendor portal.

Allow resellers to delete licenses

This setting defines whether resellers are permitted to delete licenses in the reseller portal. Disabling this option can help preserve auditability and prevent accidental or unauthorized license removal.

Captions

In the captions section, you can define the website title, support link, data privacy link, and imprint link.
