CONSUMPTION ALERTS

This article explains the necessary steps to create a consumption alert. An alert triggers an email.

CREATING AN ALERT

Consumption Alerts are defined as an edition (not a product) property. When you create an alert, you need to select the email template and the treshhold in %.

You can define multiple consumption alerts for the same edition and limitation, giving you great flexibility.

For example, you can define an alarm that is triggered as soon as 50% of the limitation is consumed and an alarm that is triggered as soon as 100% is consumed. Each alarm is only triggered once. If a limitation is reset, the alarm is also reset and thus triggered again when the defined limits are reached.
