CUSTOM DOMAIN (SaaS)

Private Azure Deployments have a custom domain out of the box.

When using SaaS, you might also want to have a custom domain too, especially if you are using the Reseller or Customer Portal. In this case:

• your UI url is not my.slascone.com, but something like licensing.<yourdomain>.com

For this to work, you need to provide us signed SSL certificate(s).

SSL CERTIFICATE REQUIREMENTS

• Certificates signed by well known CA authorities whose CN matches the host name in the HTTP backend settings don't require any additional step for end to end TLS to work.
• The entire certificate chain to be uploaded (the root certificate from the CA, the intermediates and the leaf certificate) to establish the chain of trust.

You can not use a self-signed certificate! You can provide either a wildcard or single-domain certificate(s).

DNS RECORDS

You need a DNS A record pointing to 20.126.54.190.
