If a critical resource of the system becomes unavailable, or it is severely degraded, we are going to know and react in real-time. How? By using Azure Alerts. Alerts proactively notify us when issues are found with your SLASCONE instance. They allow us to identify and address issues before you notice them.
Currently, our support team is immediately informed per email and SMS when:
- The SLASCONE API has been unreachable in the last 60 seconds.
- The average CPU consumption has been higher than 90% in the last 5 minutes.
- The average Memory (RAM) consumption has been higher than 90% in the last 5 minutes.
- The average Memory (RAM) consumption has been higher than 90% in the last 5 minutes.
- The average database DTU consumption has been higher than 90% in the last 5 minutes.
