Named User (Account)

In a named user scenario, a person (typically identified by its username or email address) is entitled to access a software application, regardless of the hardware client. Named user scenarios, require a log-in mechanism. For desktop applications, this means that the application can be installed and used in multiple computers. For web based or SaaS applications, this means that the user can use any web browser.
