Similar to usage heartbeats, analytical heartbeats are events sent from the client software application, containing information about the value of software entities, such as a property values, job execution duration etc. This is extremely helpful not only for qa and debugging purposes, but also for product managers, letting them understand their real-world installation/usage landscape.
While usage heartbeats are history driven (from - to date analysis), analytical heartbeats are mostly used for their last value.
