Can I deploy/install SLASCONE in my own infrastructure?

While SLASCONE cannot be installed as a traditional on-premise application, you have the option to deploy it in your own Microsoft Azure subscription (Private Azure Deployment). This is a meaningful option if you already have Microsoft Azure resources/subscription.

BENEFITS OF A PRIVATE DEPLOYMENT

Using your own Microsoft Azure subscription makes sense if you want to fully align SLASCONE in your organization IT security, or you need to have 100% control of the data at all times.

Here are the benefits compared to our SaaS solution.

• Sign in with external providers (sso), such as Azure Active Directory.
• Maintain a multiple system landscape (e.g., DEV, PROD) and decide when updates are installed.
• Scale up/down the application or/and the database at will.
• Make sure you have a running system even in case the SaaS solution is no longer available (worst case insolvency scenario :-().

COST OF A PRIVATE DEPLOYMENT

In most cases SLASCONE incurs a 150€ - 300€ Azure cost per month, depending on the number of systems (e.g., DEV, PROD) and the database sizing.
